ADDIE Model
The ADDIE Model is the most pervasive model of Instructional Systems Design. It is comprised of 5 phases, with the goal to improve human performance through analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Proficient use of the ADDIE model ensures that training will be orderly and measurable. Training designed with the application of the ADDIE model intends for learners to master a skill and/or knowledge area, and/or adopt an attitude.
